IKOTUN POLICE RESCUED THREE CHILDREN LOCKED UP FOR THREE DAYS BY THEIR GRANDMOTHER. (PHOTOS).

 All thanks to vigilant neighbours who alerted the police, these children were rescued by police officers from Ikotun Division after being locked up in a room for days by their grandmother. The children are now in safe hands while their grandmother is in police custody. Investigation is ongoing. See something, say something!.  One more photo below.

  Image result for road safety corps          Federal Road Safety Commission {FRSC} patrol men rescued 1 male adult from a multiple crash that occurred on 24/3/2017,1239hrs along Oyo-Ogbomoso route at 200m from Akinlalu junction.The victim was taken to the SDA Hospital.Meanwhile in Ife-Ibadan route,FRSC patrol men rescued 2 men and 3 female adults from a multiple car crash that occurred on 24/3/2017,0943hrs along Ife-Ibadan route at 15km from Faith Academy.The victimd were taken to the St Dominic Hospital Ogungbade and ASVON Hospital Gbagi,Ibadan.

  SSANU, NASU threaten strike over withheld salaries The Joint Action Committee of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions have threatened to disrupt industrial peace in universities should the government fail to release the withheld salaries of members. The salaries were seized by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari during their strike in 2022. The unions, in a joint letter signed on Friday by the President of SSANU, Muhammed Ibrahim and General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, questioned the rationale with which the government released four months withheld salaries to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities but failed to release the withheld salaries of non-academic staff.
