 2027: BENUE GOVT TELLS APPOINTEES, DECLARE NOW OR STEP ASIDE 17th December, 2025   The Benue State Government has directed all political appointees seeking to contest elective offices to formally declare their intentions and tender their resignation letters. In a statement issued from the Office of the Deputy Governor, the directive follows the surge in political activities and growing expressions of interest in elective positions across the state. According to the notice, affected appointees are required to submit written expressions of interest for their preferred offices, alongside formal resignation letters, to the Office of the Deputy Governor on or before Thursday, December 18, 2025. The submissions will be transmitted to Governor Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia for further consideration and necessary action. The government said the move is aimed at ensuring order, transparency, and focus within the administration as it continues to advance its governance agenda....

                                   According to sources,Anne Hathaway and husband Adam Shulman just welcomed their a baby boy into the world,and he will be named Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman.Though the news is recent,but sources said she gave since March 24th 2016.According to E! a source close to the family told them that ''The baby is extremely healthy and is surrounded by friends and family in LA.Ane and Adam are ecstatic to be parents,and the couple gave the baby's middle name some serious thought before landing on the unique ''Rosebanks''.According to E!,Rosebanks is a combination of Roseline,the name of Hathaway's paternal grandfather and Banks is Shulman's middle name and mother's maiden name,making it a creative celebration of the baby's heritage.Congratulations to her.More photos below.                               ...

                    The Nigerian Police is initiating a new Policing strategy that will witness the transition of the Force from exclusive reliance on lethal weapons in management of threats and social disorders to the engagement of less lethal technologies/weapon system such as electro-muscular disruption technology weaponry which is commonly referred to as laser or stun guns.The Inspected General of Police IGP Solomon E Arase stated this on the 6th of April 2016 during the launching of Drug Test,Mass Screening and Arrest sudden death,Tagged ''IT'S RED ALERT'',at Police Peace Keeping Hall Force Headquarters Abuja,he also stated that the Medical assessment of persons to recruited into the Police Force will include a psychological assessment.More photos below.                                                    ...

REAL LIFE FOOTAGE OF THE 4 BOKO HARAM THAT WERE INTERCEPTED YESTERDAY,BY THE NIGERIAN ARMY IN BORNO STATE.

                        Yesterday at about 4:00am,according to the Nigerian Army spokesperson who said that,troops of 101 Battalion of 7 Division received a tip off about impending attack in Maiduguri city by 4 suspected Boko Haram terrorists suicide bombers from Sambisa forest through Cashew Plantation.The ever vigilant troops responded decisively by intercepting and neutralizing of the suspected terrorists at Madiyari village,while the third suicide bomber was intercepted and neutralized at Jimini-Bolori village.Unfortunately 3 of our soldiers sustained injuries in the process and they have been evacuated to the unit's Regimental Aid Post {RAP},for treatment.The 2 unexploded Improvised Explosive Devices {IEDs} on the suicide bombers were safely detonated by a combined team of Nigeria Police and our Explosive Ordinance Device {EOD} experts.In a related development,the troops also arrested 3 suspected Boko Haram terrorists at N...
