 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen. A.Okunsokan gave this order following an application brought by the Attorney-General of Ogun State in suit no AB/667/2024, and with Messers Afolabi Adeboye, Ifemosu Michael, Lekan Soneye (for themselves and members of the#FearlessInOctober protests); Bestman Okereafor (on behalf of the Progressive Students Movement), Francis Adeyanju (on behalf of the National Association of Nigerian Students) and Thomas Kehinde (on behalf of the National Association of Ogun Students), as respondents.              Real Housewives of New Jersey star,43 years old Teresa Giudice is set to be released on the 23 of December 2015 after serving time for fraud.Though she will be free soon but sources said ''All Teresa wants is a very low-key Christmas at home with her family,She's days away from getting out and it's her only forcus''.She and Joe have had conversations about presents,yes,but it's not what matters.Literally the only thing she cares about is coming home to her family.Giudice haveno plaans other than that now''..According to sources in the past,Teresa has gone all out when decorating her New Jersy home for Christmas,with a 15 foot tall Christmas tree and plenty of wreaths,flowers and decorations.One more photo below.                                                                                                              

AT-LAST,LIBERIA JOINED THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION.

                         It was reported today that Liberia has finally joined the World Trade Organization.A move that is bound to benefit the country's economy a great deal after 8 years of accession.Liberia President Ellen Sirleaf Johnson speaking at the 10th Ministerial Conference in Nairobi  said ''The road to accession has come with milestones to economic growth,Liberia created the fiscal space by removing our debt of 4.9 billion dollars,domestic revenues increased by 600% in peak,infrastructure is being mobilised,electricity increased from zero to 150MW by end of 2017,reaching 54 thousand households''.

THE REBEL LEADER IN CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC,DECLARED A NEW REPUBLIC ON MONDAY.

                      Yesterday tuesday,the spokes man for the Rebels Noureddine Adam confirmed that their leader has declared an autonomous state in his northeastern stroghold after rejecting elections this month that are aimed at ending years of bloodshed.''The Republic of Logone was proclaimed December 14 in the town of Kaga-Bandoro.What we want first of all is autonomy.Then we'll look at how to move towards independence''.The spokesman for Central African Republic's transitional government immediately denounced the rebel's declaration,''We call upon the international community and the international forces present in Central African Republic tp do everything possible to neutralize the capacity to do harm of these terrorists''.

KIDNAPPERS WERE GUNNED DOWN YESTERDAY IN PORT-HARCOURT.

                        A statement in Port Harcourt by Ahmad Muhammad,the State Police Command Public Relations Officer,PPRO said ''Their rescue came on the heels of the timely and actionable information received from a patriotic citizen who saw when the duo while in transit near Elebrada junction along East-West toad were stopped by armed men and forcefully dragged into the nearby bush,abandoning the victim's Toyota Highlander SUV by the roadside.Quick response to the information by policemen and subsequent combing of the forest led to gun duel with the suspected kidnappers were gunned down while their other co-traveller escaped.The victims according to them,were on their way to Lagos''.The victim's vehicle,two locally made pistols and two objects suspected to be charms were recovered after the rescue operation.

RADIO BIAFRA BOSS NNAMDI KANU,DISCHARGED TODAY BY A COURT IN ABUJA.

                            Today wednesday,the Magistrate in the Chief Magistrate court in Wuse zone 2 Abuja Shuaibu Usman,discharged the director of Radio Biafra and leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra {IPOB},Nnamdi Kanu on all counts of criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society filed against him by the Federaal Government.The Judge who held that government has dropped the charges against Kanu said ''The accused person is hereby discharged and the case struck out''.The Federal Government through its agent,the Department of State Services {DSS},opted to withdraw the case at the lower court and moved to higher court,which has jurisdiction to handle terrorism related cases.Usman was scheduled to deliver judgement on the DSS application on December 1,but put it off untill wednesday.One more photo below.
