 Boniface shares details of Germany car crash Super Eagles striker, Victor Boniface, has shared details about a car crash he had in Germany last month.  Boniface, who plays for the German club Bayer Leverkusen, survived a serious car accident on Sunday, October 20.  In an interview posted by Football Fans Tribe on their X account, he recounted his experience.  Truck Driver Allegedly Kills Revenue Collector and Flees on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway A tragic incident occurred on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway near New Garage, inbound Lagos, where an articulated truck reportedly killed a revenue collector attempting to collect dues from the driver. The driver of the truck, identified by the vehicle's plate number FST 887 XD, fled the scene after the fatal incident.  Saudi Executes More Than 100 Foreigners In 2024: AFP Tally Saudi Arabia has executed more than 100 foreigners this year, according to an AFP tally indicating a sharp increase which one rights group said was unprecedented. The latest execution, on Saturday in the southwestern region of Najran, was of a Yemeni national convicted of smuggling drugs into the Gulf kingdom, the official Saudi Press Agency reported. That brought to 101 the number of foreigners executed so far in 2024, according to the tally which is compiled from state media reports. This is almost triple the figures for 2023 and 2022, when Saudi authorities had put to death 34 foreigners each year, according to AFP tallies.   Delhi air pollution reaches 'severe plus' levels  Air pollution in India's capital Delhi has soared to extremely severe levels, choking residents and engulfing the city in thick smog. Monitors recorded pollution levels of 1,500 on the Air Quality Index (AQI) at 15:00 IST (09:30 BST), according to tech company IQAir - 15 times the level the Word Health Organization (WHO) considers satisfactory for breathing. The toxic air has disrupted flight services, and had already prompted authorities to shut schools and ban construction work in the city. It comes just weeks after Lahore, in neighbouring Pakistan, also recorded pollution levels above 1,000. And experts warn that the situation could get worse in Delhi in the coming days, saying more severe measures may be needed to combat the city's pollution problem.  South Korean man arrested at airport in Peru with 320 tarantulas, 110 centipedes and 9 bullet ants STRAPPED TO HIS BODY ! A 28-year-old South Korean man was stopped at Jorge Chavez International Airport after security took notice of his odd appearance. His abdomen seemed "unnaturally swollen".  Once the man was searched, security could not believe what they found. When they lifted his shirt they discovered two belts with countless packages attached containing 35 hand sized adult tarantulas and 285 juveniles. There were also centipedes and bullet ants in various containers. Tarantulas are listed as an endangered species, making this attempt to smuggle them out of the country more serious. Officials believe the insects were taken from the Madre de Dios region of the Peruvian Amazon. The man was arrested and the case was handed over to the Environmental Prosecutor's Office.
