 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.               An operations manager of a new generation bank in Yenagoa,Bayelsa state,Folorunso Ademola Rasaq,has confessed before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos,that the Branch Manager of the Bank,Iwejuo Joseph Nna,was the account officer to Ebiwise Resources Limited,Avalon Global Property Development Company Limited,Rotato Inter-Link Services Limited and Pluto Property & Investment Company Limited.The four companies are being prosecuted by the EFCC on a 23-counts charge of concealment and retention of proceed of crime to tune of over N,667,162,800.00 {One billion,six hundred and sixty seven million,one hundred and sixty two thousand,eight hundred Naira}.The accused persons are: Waripamo-Owei Emmanuel Dudafa,Iwejuo Joseph Nna a.k.a Taiwo A. Ebenezer and Olugbenga Isaiah.Justice Idris adjourned the case till September 26,2016 for continuation of trial.More photos below.
