PSC PROMOTES OVER 8,000 POLICE OFFICERS. (PHOTO).

 PSC Promotes Over 8,000 Police Officers On Wednesday, the Police Service Commission (PSC) approved the promotion of 8,053 senior police officers. Earlier in the week, 11 Commissioners of Police were promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspectors General (AIGs), and 16 Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs) were elevated to the rank of Commissioners of Police (CPs). Additionally, 21 Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs) were promoted to DCPs, and 57 Chief Superintendents of Police (CSPs) moved up to Assistant Commissioners (ACPs). According to a statement by the PSC's spokesperson, Ikechukwu Ani, the total number of promotions included 1,348 Superintendents of Police (SPs) promoted to Chief Superintendents, 876 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) promoted to Superintendents, and 5,829 Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) promoted to DSPs.                                                   Yesterday sunday i was awake to watch the live red carpet moment and off cos i  snapped some photos from E! and is so amazing how serious and un-serious some actress took the 68 Emmys awards that was held at Los Angeles.While some celebrities used the opportunity to bare their chest.Even Regina King almost fell off the stairs immediately after her interview with Giuliana Rancic as pictured below immediately after the write-up and i was quick to photograph it because everything happened so quick..I heard that Game of Thrones has broken the record for the highest number of Emmy Awards.The show's total number of awards now stands at 38,which means it has beaten Frasier's previous record of 37.More photos below.

SOUND OF MUSIC STAR CHARMIAN CARR ''LIESL'' PAST AWAY AT THE AGE OF 73.{PHOTOS}.#RIP.

                         According to sources,Charmian Carr,who played Liesl in the film Sound of Music died at the age of 73.She died in Los Angeles on saturday after complications from a rare form of dementia.In her role in the 1965 film where she play the role of the eldest daughter to Captain Von Trapp,she famously performed the song Sixteen Going on Seventeen.After leaving the film industry,Carr ran an interior design firm in California.Her mother had arranged for her to audition for the role,although she had no singing or acting lessons.Carr later wrote two books on her experience ''Forever Liesl and Letters to Liesl'' and she frequently appeared at events commemorating the movie.Her only other major role was in the Stephen Sondheim television musical Evening Primrose.I watched the Sound of Music growing up and I even titled my first music album Sounds of Music just because of this movie and I watch this movie every ...
