 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen. PRESIDENT BUHARI VISITS INJURED NIGERIAN AIR FORCE PILOTS IN HOSPITAL TODAY.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

        President Muhammadu Buhari Sunday evening paid a get-well-quick visit to the two Nigerian Air Force officers involved in a crash last week, at the Defence Intelligence Agency hospital in Abuja. President Buhari had returned to the country in the wee hours of the day from New York, United States of America, where he had attended the 73rd United Nations General Assembly. By about 5.30 p.m, the President turned up at the hospital, to pay a morale boosting visit to the injured officers. He rejoiced with Squadron Leader Batuba, and Flight Lieutenant Andy, giving glory to God for sparing their lives. He also commiserated with them on the loss of their colleague, Squadron Leader M.B Babari. He prayed that God would give the family of the deceased the fortitude to bear the loss.       The Duke of Cambridge, Patron of   Tusk , has visited Mkomazi National Park yesterday to learn more about conservation efforts on the front line of a Tanzanian National Park. His Royal Highness saw how Mkomazi are working to establish a viable breeding population of 50 black rhino, their work educating local children on wildlife, and joined the team at Mkomazi to replace a security fence. ARMY NEUTRALIZE ARMED ROBBERS IN BENUE TODAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE

      Just In: Gallant Troops of Operation ZENDA Neutralize Armed Robbers in Benue State. At about 3.30 am this morning 30 Sep 18, troops of Operation ZENDA on mobile patrol engaged a group of armed robbers in a shoot out along OTUKPO - APA- OTUKPA highway.   During a search of the area at dawn one of the Robbers kitted in military camouflage was found dead. A locally made revolver and 2 cartridges were also recovered.  Troops are still searching the bushes along the area for others who may have escaped with gunshot wounds. Meanwhile,the COAS Lt Gen TY Buratai has commended the troops and urged them not to relent in their efforts towards making Benue State free from all forms of criminality.One more photo below.

      The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sadique Baba Abubakar, has today, 29 September 2018, paid a condolence visit to the family of late Squadron Leader (Sqn Ldr) Mohammed Bello Baba-Ari, the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) pilot who died yesterday as a result of an air mishap. The CAS, who was received by the deceased’s father, Alhaji Abu Baba-Ari, l auded the sterling virtues of the late senior officer, stating that he was an exceptional officer who excelled in virtually every area of his career. Air Marshal Abubakar described late Baba-Ari as an intelligent, articulate, hardworking, resourceful and dedicated officer who was well liked and respected by his peers, subordinates and superiors alike.
