During a meeting with the leadership of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) in Jalingo on Thursday, Opara highlighted the importance of dialogue and cooperation for long-term development. A mum has spoken out after receiving backlash for the name she picked for her son after appearing on a TV debate criticising baby names.  Josie Barnes, 27, called into the debate on the Jeremy Vine show while they were discussing whether it was rude to criticise people's choice of baby name.   She had called her seven-month-old son Lucifer and also has a six-year-old daughter with six middle names.  The mum-of-two from Plymouth said Lucifer popped into her head one day. A video which has gone viral online, has captured moment Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state fired back at a radio presenter after being asked for an update on one flyover he’s been building for six years. The Abia state Governor who stated that most of those seeking an update on the flyover don't have cars, also said that it's nobody's business as he decided to start the project on his own. Rest In Peace, Chief Ernest Shonekan Chief Ernest Shonekan who headed the Interim National Government that succeeded the junta of General Ibrahim Babangida, has died. Shonekan died in Lagos at the age of 85. He was the interim head of the Nigerian Government between August 26 and November 17 1993 when he was ousted in a coup led by late General Sani Abacha.
