 M23 says hundreds of Burundi soldiers captured in latest Congo offensive The Rwanda-backed M23 group has captured hundreds of Burundian soldiers during its latest offensive in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, a rebel official said, as clashes continued despite a warning from the Trump administration. Last week M23 entered the strategic town of Uvira near the border with Burundi, less than a week after the presidents of Congo and Rwanda met in Washington with U.S. President Donald Trump and affirmed their commitment to a peace deal known as the Washington Accords. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday that Rwanda's actions in eastern Congo violated the Washington Accords and vowed to "take action to ensure promises made to the President are kept". Rwanda denies supporting M23 and has blamed Congolese and Burundian forces for the renewed fighting.             21 year old Selena Gomez wore these outfit in Italy to Ischia Global film and Music Festival.''Pulse'' is she for real?, the skirt and blouse would have looked so lovely if worn different,maybe the skirt with a nude blouse with the white shoe or the top with a pure white pencil pants with a nude or white heel..Anybody can deceive her and say her dress looks perfect but the truth is she looks older and  more like a fallen or broken angel.To me her stylist made mockery of the colour white,he or she must have smoked something.I love the fact she wore white heels atleast it makes the look a little put together,but it would been lovely if she wore a nude bra to allow the flowers on the bra area pop out more..What do you think.More photos below.                                                           ...
