 Taraba: Police Commissioner Calls for Peaceful Coexistence Between Herders and Farmers The Taraba State Commissioner of Police, Ukachi Peter Opara, has urged for greater peace and understanding between herders and farmers in the state. During a meeting with the leadership of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) in Jalingo on Thursday, Opara highlighted the importance of dialogue and cooperation for long-term development. He emphasized that peaceful coexistence between these groups is crucial for their livelihoods and for fostering economic growth and stability in the state and the nation. Opara commended MACBAN for its readiness to collaborate with the police in promoting peace and security in Taraba. SEVEN MORE INTERNET FRAUDSTERS IN OYO STATE,IN EFCC NET.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

      The suspects include, Ola Sam, Demeji Abiola, Segun Isaac, Oyinloye Jubril, Bamidele Adeboyega, Hassan Afeez and Sanni Muyideen. They were rounded up at Poly Road and Sanyo area of Ibadan, Oyo State, on February 1 and 4, 2019.  Their arrest followed action on a series of intelligence report linking them with various forms of internet fraud. They were alleged to be involved in love scam on different dating sites, through which they fraudulently obtain money from unsuspecting victims. At the point of arrest, EFCC operatives recovered two different models of exotic cars, laptops, telephones and several documents containing false pretences, including international passports, and ATM cards. They will be charged to court as soon as investigation is completed.More photos below.

      The attention of Theatre Command Operation LAFIYA DOLE has been drawn to a misleading news story on Sahara Reporters website, posted on 4th February 2019, alleging that Boko Haram terrorists have taken over four towns in Adamawa State. This is not true. Contrary to Sahara Reporters' claims in that online story, the Headquarters Theatre Command wishes to inform the general public that the said publication is untrue and a far cry from the reality on ground in Adamawa state. Categorically, no town in Adamawa, Borno or Yobe state is under the control of the insurgents. Unfortunately ,the alarming publication has generated undue panic amongst the general public and therefore needs to be addressed. YOUNG BOY ARRESTED FOR SLEEPING WITH HIS 3 YOUNGER SISTERS IN LAGOS.{PHOTO}.

       A 14-year old boy who was arrested for sleeping with his three younger sisters aged 10, 5 and 2, has opened up that his step mother knew that he was sleeping with the victims in their home in Oshodi area of Lagos where they reside. The police have arrested the step mother, Mrs. Ihuoma Okey, and charged her before the court for negligence. It was gathered that the boy’s mother got separated from the father before the father got married to the step mother and they had the victims. The boy reportedly did not see the victims as his blood sisters and so started sleeping with them and deflowered them. The matter was exposed when the eldest among the sisters discovered that after the boy had slept with her, he had also slept with her two younger sisters.       A 19-year-old lady has declared interest in the man with down syndrome, who married a minor in Ozubulu, Anambra state. In a post on a Facebook group, Onuh Chisom Maryjane, slammed those insulting the man. She didn't spare the young nursing mother, Chinwe, either. She also stated that she'll marry the man on the condition that his 'rich' family members, open up a business for her, buy her a car and credit her account.
