 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen. A.Okunsokan gave this order following an application brought by the Attorney-General of Ogun State in suit no AB/667/2024, and with Messers Afolabi Adeboye, Ifemosu Michael, Lekan Soneye (for themselves and members of the#FearlessInOctober protests); Bestman Okereafor (on behalf of the Progressive Students Movement), Francis Adeyanju (on behalf of the National Association of Nigerian Students) and Thomas Kehinde (on behalf of the National Association of Ogun Students), as respondents. OPRAH WINFREY EJECTS HER STEP MOTHER FROM HER FATHERS HOUSE.

             66 year old grandmother Barbara Winfrey said an emotional goodbye to her home yesterday in South Nashville a place she has called home for 14 years.She had untill midnight to vacate the house after being booted out by Opra Winfrey.Barbara was evicted following a bitter 18 months divorce battle with Oprah Winfrey's elderly father Vernon Winfrey.The former high school vice principal who is now homeless and facing the prospect of living in motels believes Oprah had a personal vendetta against her and delibrately tried to destroy her life.She said ''That woman has set out to ruin me,destroy me.To take this house away is petty.This has been my home for 14 years.Oprah is a billionaire three times over,her help live better than this.Oprah owns property all over the world so there is no reason to sell this house other than to spite me,it is a personal vendetta.More photos below.

            On friday,Kim and Kanye were dressed in style to celebrate a friends impending nuptial in Prague Czech Republic.Kim almost stole the bride to be thunder as both of them wore metallic gowns for the evening.Ever since their Italian wedding,Kim and Kanye every move has been monitored by the pres,so they decided to have clones of themselves to give themselves a break.Fans on friday stood outside Belvedere hotel in Prague to get a glimpse of them only to see decoys of Kim and Kanye west stepping out of the hotel only to see Kim exiting the other way.More photos below.

RWANDA REBELS OPENLY SURRENDERS THEIR WEAPON.

                   According to sources Rwanda rebels in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo began what they claimed was the first step in disarming their fighters,yesterday friday but warned that continuing the process would depend on the government in Kigali agreeing to talks.The Democratic forces for the liberation of Rwanda {FDLR} said last month that they would ''Lay down their weaponry and consecrate themselves to political struggle''.About 100 fighters surrendered during a ceremony in North Kivu province,handing in weapons including some heavy artillery.More photos below.
