PSC PROMOTES OVER 8,000 POLICE OFFICERS. (PHOTO).

 PSC Promotes Over 8,000 Police Officers On Wednesday, the Police Service Commission (PSC) approved the promotion of 8,053 senior police officers. Earlier in the week, 11 Commissioners of Police were promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspectors General (AIGs), and 16 Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs) were elevated to the rank of Commissioners of Police (CPs). Additionally, 21 Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs) were promoted to DCPs, and 57 Chief Superintendents of Police (CSPs) moved up to Assistant Commissioners (ACPs). According to a statement by the PSC's spokesperson, Ikechukwu Ani, the total number of promotions included 1,348 Superintendents of Police (SPs) promoted to Chief Superintendents, 876 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs) promoted to Superintendents, and 5,829 Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) promoted to DSPs.                  The Lagos State Government has placed embargo on the approval and construction of filling stations in all parts of the State till further notice,while a definite action will soon be taken on indiscriminate construction of event centres across the State,the State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development,Wasiu Anifowose has said.Anifowose,who disclosed this on Tuesday at the ongoing 2017 Ministerial Press briefing in Alausa as part of activities marking the second year anniversary of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode'ss administration,said government has already decided not to grant construction permit for filling stations pending the inventory of existing ones.Responding to questions on the recent oil spillage in Alimosho,Anifowose said the decision of government was necessary in view of the need to take proper inventory of the existing filling stations with the view to determining those that should be removed,all in a...

                                           I designed this dress last two weeks and I decided to wear it to church on sunday.I merged two different types of material,the white and black stripes and the Lemon/yellow and white stripes.I put the lemon and white stripe behind then the black and white stripe infront.The hand and the collar I mixed up the two materials so it will look like one material design.The good thing about this dress is that you can use it as a coat.Inside of the dress was line well like a coat and it was purposely designed by me so that I can wear it like a gown and also switch up the look by turning it into a coat.I wore a black and white shoe same stripe with the dress to match.I carried a black purse that have a long iron stripe with studs on it.With silver stud necklace and hand bracelets.I will be revealing my collection this year little by little.More ph...

LAGOS STATE IS SET TO BOOST TOURISM WITH 19 NEW MONUMENTS-COMMISSIONER.{PHOTOS}.

NIGERIA TO PROCURE 20 AIRCRAFT FOR AVIATION COLLEGE.

                  The Federal Government is to procure 20 aircraft to make Nigeria College of Aviation Technology {NCAT} Zaria a centre of excellence,Sen.Hadi Sirika,Minister of State for Aviation,has said.NCAT took delivery of a brand new Dimond DA24NG.The minister,who disclose this at the launch of the new aircraft would improve the training capacity of the college.He observed that the current aircraft in use were highly expensive to maintain,adding that the college would now be more competitive and dynamic in the global aviation industry.Sirika lauded the efforts of the management of the college especially for introducing courses in line with the International Civil Aviation Organisation {ICAO}.''I am aware of the efforts by NCAT to run National Diploma and Higher National Diploma,be rest assured,you will have our full support and that of the president''.The minister charged staff of the college to seek for more knowledge in view of t...
