Corey Feldman released from hospital after in-flight medical emergency, diagnosed with food poisoning following Chicago-to-Los Angeles flight Actor Corey Feldman has been released from the hospital after experiencing a medical emergency on a flight to Los Angeles, according to his publicist. The 54-year-old actor, known for his roles in 1980s films including The Goonies and Stand by Me, was taken off the plane after it landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday and hospitalized overnight for evaluation. Medical staff reportedly ruled out gallstones and conducted an MRI before determining that Feldman was suffering from a severe case of food poisoning, according to his publicist.
