Our bottom-top approach to healthcare is hinged on available data that shows 80% of heathcare needs are handled by the PHCs whereas 80% of funding is, more often than not, concentrated on Tertiary healthcare institutions. We are changing this narrative through active collaboration of private-community-public- partnership. We look forward to interventions from the WHO with assurances that we will continue to meet up with our counterpart funding obligations and other support where necessary. CC. Soludo, CFR.
