 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen.      A baby girl of four (4) day old have been declared 'stolen' from Plateau Specialist Hospital Jos.   The information available to n-Reporters says the incident occurred on Friday May 31st by 6:30 pm. EXERCISE HARBIN KUNAMA III: TROOPS ARREST 5 KIDNAPPERS/BANDITS.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

      Following credible information received from good Samaritans about bandits/ kidnappers' syndicate that have been terrorising Funtua -Faskari surrounding villages, troops of 17 Brigade Nigerian Army, on Exercise HARBIN KUNAMA III, deployed at Faskari in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State, have conducted a successful Cordon and Search as well as raid operations at Sheme village, Ruwan G odiya forest and surrounding localities. The operations resulted in the arrest of 5 kidnappers near Sheme village, along Ruwan-Godiya forest axis. At the moment, patrols are ongoing in the neighbouring suspected bandits' hideouts. During preliminary investigation, the apprehended suspects confessed to have been involved in kidnapping incidents in the general area, as well as sending their victims to their ring leaders that are based deep in the forest at Ruwan-Godiya. Consequently, troops further exploited deep into Ruwan-Godiya Forest setting Bandits/Kidnappers hideouts

WORK ON LAGOS-BADAGRY EXPRESSWAY TO COMMENCE THIS MONTH-SANWO-OLU.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

     Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has assured Lagos residents that work will commence on Lagos-Badagry expressway from Maza-Maza to Okokomaiko this month. The governor who stated this while on inspection tour of the Lagos Badagry expressway said with access to needed financing, contractors would resume work on site. According to the Governor, "we shall be moving to site this month. Work will commence after we’ve crossed all the T's and dotted all the I’s. We will ensure we close our conversation with CCEC and move to site because work has been abandoned here for almost 4years" He noted that the road from the National theatre to Maza-Maza has been completed but has become impassable due to indiscriminate dumping of refuse and misuse by traders, adding that massive clean-up will take place in the coming week.
