He further shared the said image to support this baseless claim. It is pertinent to state that the individual depicted in the shared photograph is not a serving member of the Nigeria Police Force. Popular Nigerian artist Odumodublvck has stated that music has not done much for him. He shared this perspective during a discussion about his connection to his art. In a controversial interview, Odumodublvck referred to music as a dependable companion but emphasized that he does not have a love for it. In a video on social media, the singer elaborated that music only reflects the effort he invests in his craft.  “I don’t love music. But music and I are friends. I appreciate you (music), and one thing I know is that you are reliable. When you promise something, you deliver because you meet me where I am. “The effort you put in is what music gives back; it doesn’t cheat anyone. But to say that I love music, absolutely not. She was caught on security footage using a squirt gun to force pesticides down the throat of a 15-year-old girl's show goat.  The two competed against each other at livestock shows and Aubrey reportedly told police she had poisoned the goat because she "thought the other girl was cheating". In the security footage captured on Oct. 23rd, you can see Aubrey forcing the pesticides down the 6-moth-old goat's throat with a drench squirt gun. The poor animal attempted to escape but Aubrey ultimately trapped the goat and carried out her diabolical plan.  BENUE ASSEMBLY APPROVES N550.112bn 2025 BUDGET 31st December The Benue State House of Assembly Monday passed the 2025 Appropriation bill of N550.112 billion. The bill, presented by Governor Hyacinth Alia, outlined a total revenue projection of N550.112 billion, with a recurrent expenditure of N175.412 billion and a capital expenditure of N374.700 billion. The approved budget represents a 47.5% increase over the 2024 revised and approved budget, with a focus on human capital development, food security, and digital economy.  The budget allocation includes, Recurrent Expenditure of N175.412 billion, divided into Personnel Cost of N80.013 billion and N95.398 billion for overhead costs. The approved budget also have Capital Expenditure of N374.700 billion, prioritising infrastructure development, agriculture, education, and health sectors. Adagba, and the recruitment processes.  This decision was reached yesterday at plenary  after a thorough review of the issues surrounding the recruitment exercise at the board.  According to information released by the  Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, Mr. Terver Zamber, the Assembly also recommended that  SUBEB should ensure equal employment opportunities for all local government areas in the state, with the aim of promoting fairness and equity in the state's employment practices.  Court Sentences Man To Death For Murder In Akwanga  *** A Nasarawa State High Court sitting in Akwanga has sentenced one Gambo Adamu to death by hanging for murder.  The presiding judge of the Court, Justice Mustapha Ramat, delivered the judgement on Tuesday in Akwanga.  Justice Ramat found the convict guilty of causing the death of one Hassan Ahmed in Akwanga by harvesting his organs.  Speaking shortly after the judgement, the state's Attorney-General, Dr. Labaran Shuaibu Magaji described the judgment as a victory for the people of the State and a deterrent to those who would engage in such nefarious activities. FISHERMAN BRUTALLY MURDERED IN FRONT OF FAMILY AT TUBATSE DAM. (PHOTO).

 A horrific attack at Tubatse dam in Steelpoort has left a 41-year-old fisherman, John Peter Grobler, dead. Grobler was fishing with his father-in-law and two sons, aged 9 and 13, when six unknown African males armed with assegais and golf sticks ambushed them. Despite being stabbed and hit with golf sticks, Grobler managed to retrieve his firearm from his vehicle and fire a shot, causing the assailants to flee. He later succumbed to his injuries. The police are now searching for the six suspects, and Detective Sergeant Montle Mahlatse of Burgerfort Detective Services is urging anyone with information to come forward. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, highlighting the need for increased safety measures and vigilance.   ACF Seeks Probe Of Sokoto Bombing Apex Northern sociocultural group, Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), has described the military bomb attack on two communities in the Silame local government area of Sokoto State on Wednesday, 25th December 2024, which resulted in the death of 10 persons with scores suffering injuries as one mistake too many. Recall that the Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu, in reaction, visited the communities and took part in funeral obsequies for the deceased, condoled the community while reassuring the injured of prompt medical attention at government expenses. ACF commended the Sokoto State government for its prompt response and called on those concerned to double their efforts to ensure the governor’s promises are carried out without delay.  ‘Buhari not visionary’ – Babafemi Ojudu A former Presidential Special Adviser on Political Matters, Babafemi Ojudu, has disclosed why ex-President Muhammadu Buhari never backed former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s bid to be president.
