 PDP: Defection of Delta gov, others unfortunate –Damagum •Says 2027 contest between Tinubu and Nigerians Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) acting national chairman, Umar Damagum, has described the defection of the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori and top members of the opposition party in the state to the All Progressives Congress (APC) as unfortunate. Damagum, who stated this at the presentation of Certificate of Return to the PDP candidate for the November 8 Anambra State governorship poll, Jude Ezenwafor, said the party least expected that leaders of the Delta PDP would defect to the ruling party. Senator James Manager, had after a meeting in Government House, Asaba, reportedly announced the defection of Oborevwori and leaders of the Delta PDP to the APC. Top shots, who defected alongside the governor, include his predecessor and PDP 2023 vice presidential candidate, Ifeanyi Okowa.           Today Tuesday,the Nigerian army said in a press conference in Abuja that they are not in possession of the originals or photocopies of the credentials of the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress,General Muhammadu Buhari.The Army said that they only have a letter from the principal of Buhari's secondary school dated 1961,recommending him for enlistment into the military school.I am as confused as ever,Dear readers,what do you think?.

             It was said by the victim herself that on friday,gave her N50 to buy sweet for herself.He then asked her to caress his private parts,that was when she told Benson that she will tell her daddy.That was when the man took her to his house around railway line and raped her.Segun Benson is 60year old bricklayer,and he has been arrested by the police after he raped a 14 year old girl who is in primary six,and in the process of the rape,he damaged her private parts.A resident/eyewitness identified as Iya Egu said that ''i initially thought the young girl was having her menstrual flow.I saw blood coming out of her private parts.I raised the alarm and when other people arrived at the scene,she said it was Segun that raped her''.Sources claimed Benson who is a chronic bachelor.raped the girl not minding the fact blood was gushing out of her private part and when he was done with her,he sent her out of his room.What a wicked world.     ...
