        A man identified as Mr. Samuel Chidi, a graduate of Law from Ebonyi State University, Abakilikk, has been accused of ‘deliberate criminal negligence’ towards his wife,. According to a social media user who shared the story with newsmen, Chidi, a resident of Diamond Point Junction, Chinedu Ogah Avenue, Abakaliki, had watched his wife who had previously delivered twice though caesarean section, battle with labour pains in their room and bled to death. “Chidi could have easily contacted a Nurse who was also living in the same compound but instead left the poor woman locked up in the room with a patent medicine dealer who, to make matters worse, administered improper injections, dragged out the baby to the ground while the husband pinned her legs down, collected the blood, the baby's placenta and hid in his room while leaving the agonizing mother to bleed till death," our source alleged.        China successfully launched a rocket from a mobile launch platform in the Yellow Sea off Shandong Province on Wednesday, sending two technology experiment satellites and five commercial satellites into space. A Long March-11 solid propellant carrier rocket blasted off at 12:06 p.m. from the mobile platform. It is China's first space launch from a sea-based platform and the 306th mission of the Long March carrier rocket series. The rocket is also named "CZ-11 WEY" under an agreement between the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, China Space Foundation and a Chinese automobile producer. Launching a carrier rocket from an ocean-based platform has many advantages over a land launch. The closer to the equator a rocket launch can get, the greater the speed boost it will receive.       Good news as Nigeria's Tijjani Muhammad-Bande, the current UN Permanent Representative, emerges the 74th president of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).        The representative of the Chief of Army Staff Major General Lamidi Adeosun joined other muslim faithfuls to this years' Eid Fitr prayer at the Force Headquarters, Operation HADARIN DAJI in Gusua, Zamfara state. Maj Gen Adeosun delivered the Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen TY Buratai's goodwill message to the Offficers and Soldiers of the Nigerian Army (1 Brigade & HADARIN DAJI) shortly after the prayers. He commended the troops for their dedication, sacrifices and loyalty to the  Nation.
