 ‎PRESS RELEASE ‎ ‎MURDER: NPF COMPLETES EXTRADITION OF BENJAMIN BEST NNAYEREUGO ALIAS "KILLABOI" TO FACE CHARGES ‎ ‎As IGP Appreciates AGF, INTERPOL, Assures of Diligent Prosecution ‎ ‎The Nigeria Police Force has successfully completed the extradition of Benjamin Best Nnayereugo, male, widely known as “Killaboi,” from Doha, Qatar to Nigeria. The fugitive, who had been on the run for the murder of Miss Augusta Oseodion Onuwabhagbe, was returned to the country in the early hours of today, Saturday, 19th April 2025, through the coordinated efforts with the Ministry of Justice, INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB), Force Headquarters Abuja and the Qatari Judicial Authorities.  ‎ ‎The extradition followed a petition from the family of the deceased, submitted through their legal representatives dated 29th September 2024. UPDATE ON TROOPS INTERCEPT OF SUICIDE BOMBER IN BORNO STATE.{PHOTOS}.

        Recall that Gallant Troops of 222 Battalion intercepted one suspected female suicide bomber and her accomplice at Mushimari settlement in Konduga L.G.A of Borno State on 19 December 2018. During interrogations, the suspect known as Mrs Aisha Modu, confessed that she dumped her suicide vest in a river on sighting the troops. Consequently, Explosive Ordinance Device experts were mobilized and the explosive vest was successfully recovered and detonated. More photos below.

EFCC INTERCEPTED $2.8 MILLION CARRIED BY 2 MEN AT ENUGU AIRPORT YESTERDAY.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

       The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Enugu Zonal Office, on Thursday, December 20, 2018, intercepted $2.8million (Two Million, Eight Hundred Thousand United State Dollars), from two people, suspected to be money launderers, at Akanu Ibiam International Airport, Enugu. The suspects, namely Ighoh Augustine and Ezekwe Emmanuel, allegedly working for a company: Bankers Warehouse, were nabbed based on intelligence report. Upon their arrests, they were caught with consignments of two suitcases, containing $1.4 million each, totalling $2.8 million, at the departure lounge of the airport while about to board an Arik Air evening flight to Lagos. During interrogation, the suspects confessed that they have been in the business of conveying cash for "some notable banks", for over six years and were in the process of doing same for Union Bank Plc, located at New Market, Onitsha, Anambra State, when they were caught.       The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC, has secured the convictions of one Fabulous Peter and Osahun O. Aiseosa (a.k.a) Wesley Jackson before Justice D.Z Sanchi of the FCT High Court sitting in Jabi. They were arrested upon an intelligence report about their suspicious movements and ostensible lifestyles. They were allegedly housed by one Aleri E.B Sajo, at Cluster 4, River Park Estate, Airport Road Abuja. The convicts were said to have converted the named address to their hideout and office, using laptops, phones, browsers and other devices, to send emails to scam foreigners and unsuspecting citizens.
