 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen. A.Okunsokan gave this order following an application brought by the Attorney-General of Ogun State in suit no AB/667/2024, and with Messers Afolabi Adeboye, Ifemosu Michael, Lekan Soneye (for themselves and members of the#FearlessInOctober protests); Bestman Okereafor (on behalf of the Progressive Students Movement), Francis Adeyanju (on behalf of the National Association of Nigerian Students) and Thomas Kehinde (on behalf of the National Association of Ogun Students), as respondents. NIGERIAN POLICE RETRACTS BAN ON MISSING GIRLS CAMPAIGN.

           According to sources,the Nigerian police said today that protesters were free to match in Abuja after an uproar over comments by the police commissioner in which he appeared to ban demonstrations over the missing Chibok Borno missing girls.Joseph Mbu made a statement on monday in which he appeared to forbid protests on grounds that they could be hijacked by dangerous elements who could threaten state security.

2 BENIN MORTUARY ATTENDANTS,STOLE FROM A DEAD WOMAN.

           The accused,50 year old Osaro Benjamin and 26 years old Idowu Eriemator,both employees of Stella Obasanjo Hospital in Benin,allegedly conspired and committed the offence on 12 May 2014,at thw morgue of the hospital,located along County Home road off Sapele road.They both stole from one late Mrs Esther Akora.They stole her gold earrings,gold necklace and a gold wedding ring all valued at N4million.They were both arraigned before a magistrate court for conspiracy and stealing.They both pleaded not guilty.The magistrate granted both of them bail but not withstanding,If they are both convicted,they could face two to three years jail term.

2,12 YEAR OLD GIRLS STABS ANOTHER GIRL 19 TIMES.

                                                          According to sources,two 12 year old girls who are accused of viciously stabbing a classmate 19 times have been identified for the first time publicly since telling police that they plotted for months to commit murder Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier face attempted charges after attacking their friend saying that they did so because they wanted to join the cult of the Slender man after reading about him online.The girls told investigators.They believe the slender man was real and they wanted to prove it by slaughtering their friend after inviting her for a sleep over in the Midwaukee suburb of Waukesha,Wisconsin.They read about the fictional character on a website known as Creepy pasta wiki,where scary stories are submitted by users.One of the suspects is understood to have told police a user must kill someone in order to climb into slender man's realm.All these happened on last week saturday.More photos below.
