 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.            According to sources,Lamar Odom was turned away from an LA night club on tuesday evening because Khloe and French Montana was inside and they fear Lamar Odom might start a fight,which is not good for their business.French Montana was a guest in the West Hollywood venue penthouse,and Lamar was obviously refused entry.The E crew captured the event.Lamar is still under contract with E to appear on the reality series and the network got all the footage when Lamar was turned back.More photos below.

            President Goodluck Jonathan,will vist the village from where the school girls were abducted a month ago by Islamist rebels group Boko Haram.It will be Jonathan's first visit since the kidnappings to Chibok village.He will travel on to a regional security summit in Paris at which boko haram will be discussed.Alice Friend,the Pentagon's principal Director for African Affairs said ''The Depart has been deeply concerned for some time by how much the Government of Nigeria has struggled to keep pace with boko haram's growing capabilities.The Nigerian security forces have been slow to adapt to the threat from the islamist militant group.Our intent is to support Nigerian efforts to recover the girls and help catalyze greater efforts to secure the Nigerian population from the menance of boko haram''.More photos below.                                       ...

           The Adviser to the Turkish Prime Minister,Yusuf Yerkel has sparked outrage after kicking a Soma mine disaster mourner.Yusuf Yerkel,one of Tayyip Erdogan's aides,has admitted kicking a protester who was being held on the ground by Special Forces police officers.The incident which has led to a widespread anger on social media,occurred as Erdogan visited Soma in the wake of the coalmine tragedy.Yerkel apparently launched the attack after the protester licked a car that was in the Prime ministers's convoy.The protester was being interrogated by two officers following the alleged incident when Yerkel who was about to be driven away,ran over to the protester and kicked him three to four times.If you ask me,what he did was an abuse of  power.More photos below.                                                       ...
