 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen. A.Okunsokan gave this order following an application brought by the Attorney-General of Ogun State in suit no AB/667/2024, and with Messers Afolabi Adeboye, Ifemosu Michael, Lekan Soneye (for themselves and members of the#FearlessInOctober protests); Bestman Okereafor (on behalf of the Progressive Students Movement), Francis Adeyanju (on behalf of the National Association of Nigerian Students) and Thomas Kehinde (on behalf of the National Association of Ogun Students), as respondents.                   Ambassador Charity Awards 2014 held today 27 September 2014 at Oriental hotels Lekki,is an avenue for you to understand that some people don't want money but love and care in the society.We complain all day about what we don't have but i met alot of people who wished to me,even for just five minutes that's when i understood i have been ungrateful to God for asking for more.Alot of celebrities came out to celebrate and even drop gift items for the need like Nikki Laoye,Pink Republic,Koffi,M.C SMS,Uche Okoabah etc.The only problem i am having is that am still seeing alot of children still not adopted to a family that needs them.I will like the government to help speed up the process adoption in Nigeria to decongest the motherless baby homes.That can prevent child trafficking in Nigeria.More photos below.

                                                    Toyin Adeshola is the founder of Sickle Cell Advocacy  Management Initiative,an NGO that was established five years ago and she received an award today 27th September from Ambassador charity awards 2014 at Oriental Hotels Lekki for her Humanitarian works towards sickle cell patients.I will not lie i have never met a person living with sickle cell before and she gave me an insight of the day today life style of a person living with sickle cell.She said she had been to over 100 hospital and the life style of a person living with sickle cell is very painful.She said sickle cell cell is a blood disorder,inherited from the Genotype from both parents especially if there is ''S'' in both parents genotype.She said her NGO helps those children that are living with sickle cell,go through their difficult stages as they progress in life.She said she has been living with sickle cell for over 50 years now and she gave God all the gl
