 October 1 protest: Ogun court restricts protesters to MKO Abiola Stadium, three other venues A High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State, has restricted members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups in the state to the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu; Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Ota. The court presided by Tajudeen. A.Okunsokan gave this order following an application brought by the Attorney-General of Ogun State in suit no AB/667/2024, and with Messers Afolabi Adeboye, Ifemosu Michael, Lekan Soneye (for themselves and members of the#FearlessInOctober protests); Bestman Okereafor (on behalf of the Progressive Students Movement), Francis Adeyanju (on behalf of the National Association of Nigerian Students) and Thomas Kehinde (on behalf of the National Association of Ogun Students), as respondents.                           Shekau who was seen in the video standing in the middle of his lieutenants,that are leading the group in other neigbouring countries of Nigeria said today tuesday in a new hit video as usual,posted on youtube said he was responsible for the bloody attack on the Nigerian northern town Baga in early January,and he challenged Chad,Cameroon and Niger government by saying ''African kings...i challenge you to attack me now,i am ready''.In the video,Shekau accused Cameroon President Paul Biya of being too afraid to ask for help to face his group.To Niger's President Mahamadou Issoufou,Shekau made reference of France recent attacks by islamist. saying to the president ''is that your job?,ah,ahah!,you will see president of Niger,you will see''.Leaders from Ghana and Chad have called for a unified effort in confronting the islamist militants.My concern is that,the youtube in question,is as a result of western education,just incase She

                    Yesterday monday,i was at a filling station that their name starts with O,at Ojodu berger,i told them to fill my car up at 87 naira per litre,and they said they will not start selling fuel for 87 naira until thursday because that was what government said.Today tuesday on my way to Apapa,i decided to see a friend first in Festac before heading to Apapa so i branched at a filing station that their name starts with M and end with S,along Festac extension,before the traffic light.The fuel attendant a fair lady said,they will not start selling fuel for 87 naira,until they finish their old stock.This is terrible because even at the filling station today,there was a heated arguement between another female attendant and a bus driver who insist that they must sell for 87 naira,and the girl was so rude in her response,she said ''Go and buy 87 naira per litre in another filing station''.So dear readers,don't you think these filing stations should be shut do

15 PEOPLE DIED,AS POLICE CLASH WITH CONGO PROTESTERS TODAY.

                                   According to sources,police fired teargas at crowds mounting a third day of protests in Democratic Republic of Congo,today wednesday on the campus of the university of Kinshasa,against a proposed change to the law that the opposition says will delay elections by years and keep president Josep Kabila in power.The government of Congo says that 15 people died during the clash but a civil society groups put the figure much higher.A witness in Matete said that security forces were firing live rounds at protesters,who had erected baricades of burning tires in the street and responded by hurling rocks.The opposition called the protests on monday in a bid to take control of parliament and stop pro-government Legislators opposing a reform of the electoral code that would require a census before the 2016,presidential vote.The opposition says that,it would take years to organize such a national count.One more photo below.
