 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. THE UGANDA NANNY FROM HELL,SENTENCED TO 4YEARS IMPRISONMENT.

                     According to my correspondence,22 year old Jooly Jumuhiirwe,who pleaded guilty to the crime of assault last week,for beating a two year old sick child,Arnella Kamanzi,that was kept in her care.She was exposed by the father of the two year old,who kept hidden camera's in their house after he discovered some disturbing beating marks on the child.The nanny was brought before a Chief magistrate Lilian Bucyana in Kampala.She was sentenced to four years imprisonment for ''Assault''.One more picture below.

                            The Nigerian Federal Government,is becoming worried about the sale of illegal sales o stickers on the federal and state high ways,especially those claiming to be working for Association of Local Governments of Nigeria,ALGON,aided by the police used clubs and other weapons to attack motorists.The Joint Tax Board {JTB} sent a statement,through it secretary M.L Abubakar saying ''Over time,it has come to the notice of the JTB that certain persons are in the practice of producing various types of emblems and stickers and selling same to commercial motor vehicle owners,heavy  duty trucks and vehicles owned by companies under the guise of collecting tolls and levies for the government.These persons engaged in incessant harassments and molestation of road users to collect these illegal levies.Their activities constitute not only a nuisance,but also an embarassment to the general public and par...

A WOMAN WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH IN A TRICYCLE {KEKE} IN AKOWONJO LAGOS,BY A CAR.

                       The woman crushed to death was identified as Mrs Abigail,who was one of the passengers of a tricycle {keke}.The incident happened around 5am on saturday around Shasha area,Abati bustop of Akowonjo in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos state,when a private vehicle crushed the tricycle the woman was in.She died on the spot while other passengers,sustained injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital.One of those injured was an old woman,who was said was returning from night vigil.What really happened was that a Toyota Camty,was said to have rammed into the tricycle {keke},while trying to overtake another vehicle.The driver of the vehicle was taken to the police station,immediately after the accident.One more photo below.                                                     ...
