 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. Unfortunate news surfaced Wednesday morning regarding the passing of DJ Stephen 'tWitch’ Boss, the famed DJ from Ellen Degeneris’ talk show, “Ellen.”

Sources say Stephen’s wife, Allison, frantically ran into an LAPD station on Tuesday, concerned for Stephen after he allegedly left their home without his car, something she found odd. Shortly after her report, LAPD received a call about a shooting at an L.A. hotel, where Stephen was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Stephen began DJ’ing on “Ellen” back in 2014 until the show ended earlier this year. Back in September, he told media outlets that he was happy with life after the show and was able to spend more time with his family. Stephen, who was 40 years old, is survived by his wife, Allison, and their three children. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
