 Late last night, the LAWMA Project WISE Team (West Region) carried out an enforcement and monitoring exercise around the Igando axis, targeting indiscriminate waste disposal on road medians. The operation led to the arrest of three offenders, identified as Islamiya Peju Ola (26), Matin Solomon (16), and Rukayat Oladipo (39), who were caught dumping refuse on the Igando road median. Despite repeated public warnings, they continued to engage in such environmental infractions that defaced the environment and undermined public health and safety . All apprehended individuals were handed over to KAI officers at the Oshodi Task Force Office at approximately 8:45 p.m. for prosecution in line with environmental laws. Cory Booker’s reelection campaign committee in an unauthorized transaction, according to campaign disclosures filed with federal regulators. The incident involved a $3,092 charge made to an American Express account on Dec. 17 by an unknown individual, the campaign reported. The committee said it disputed the charge with its bank and opened a new account as a precaution to prevent further fraudulent activity, though the stolen funds have not yet been recovered. In a statement, the campaign’s communications director said officials noticed suspicious banking activity last year and quickly alerted their financial institution. The campaign also said it strengthened its security measures and confirmed that no donor data was accessed and no internal systems were breached.  "It was a tragedy and a miracle."  A 5-year-old girl was found alive inside of a crashed vehicle alongside two deceased occupants 30 hours after the accident.  New Mexico native 25-year-old, Devonte Griffin, and 24-year-old, Klariza Tarango, were traveling along Highway 160 in Colorado  when disaster struck. An unidentified 5-year-old girl was also in the vehicle. For reasons unknown, at this time, the vehicle left the roadway and rolled an undetermined number of times before coming to a rest, upside down. Authorities believe the accident occurred around 6 a.m. on May 1st. However, due to the vehicle not being visible from the roadway, it would not be discovered until 12:35 p.m. on May 2nd. On that day, authorities received a report of a crashed vehicle near mile post 104.
