 An Evansville, Indiana man was arrested after taking an evening stroll, completely nude, before entering a stranger's home and refusing to leave. 55-year-old Scott Cummings is facing a long list of charges, including public indecency, criminal mischief, and resisting law enforcement.  A Georgia woman who ran an unlicensed daycare is facing felony charges after a 2-year-old in her care, was fatally attacked by her dogs. This shocking and heartbreaking incident occurred on October 4th in Valdosta, Georgia.  According to official police reports, 2-year-old Kaimir Jones was left unattended for over 2 hours while the daycare owner, 48-year-old Stacey Wheeler Cobb, slept. While Stacey slept, Kaimir left the residence and wondered into the backyard. Kaimir then managed to open a kennel where two large Rottweiler dogs were being kept. Investigators are still trying to determine how the young boy managed to open the kennel. Once the kennel was open, the two Rottweilers attacked Kaimir, taking his young life.  When Stacey was questioned, she told authorities she "was napping and thought that Kaimir was also asleep".
