The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing.  I Don't Like Tinubu's Govt, But I Cannot Fight A Government When That the lord has Chosen- Primate Elijah Ayodele

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has spoken openly about Nigeria’s current political climate, declaring that though he does not support President Bola Tinubu’s administration personally, he accepts it as God’s will.

In a video message, the cleric said, “I don’t like Tinubu’s government, but I cannot fight a government when the Lord said, ‘This is it.’” He explained that as a prophet, his duty is to deliver divine messages rather than act based on personal preferences.

According to him, once God has sanctioned a government, opposing it would mean resisting divine authority.

Despite this position, Ayodele cautioned the president against complacency. He stressed that Tinubu’s leadership must focus on the pressing needs of Nigerians, particularly rising food costs, widespread unemployment, insecurity, and the continuous decline of the naira. He noted that divine approval of leadership does not absolve any ruler from responsibility or accountability.

The cleric further stated that genuine governance should be measured by how it eases the struggles of ordinary citizens rather than how it protects political power. He reminded Tinubu that every leader will ultimately be judged by the impact of their policies on the people.

Ayodele also called on Nigerians to keep the government in prayers, stressing that national stability and progress would benefit everyone, irrespective of political divisions or personal opinions. He urged citizens to support positive efforts while continuing to hold leaders accountable.
