  To effectively promote and harness the resources and capacity of Nigerians in the Diaspora, for the growth and development of Ogun State and the nation at large, Governor @dapoabiodunmfr, has approved the establishment of Diaspora’s Office in the State. Recently, the Federal Government established the Nigerian in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), to ensure that the Diaspora community played a vital role in economic development of the country through creation of businesses, promotion of trade, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), transferring of skills and knowledge.   *Recover a firearm and the snatched tricycle* On 12/2/2021 at about 6:am,following a distress call, police operatives attached to Oba division in Idemili South LGA of Anambra State arrested one Eze Chukwuma 'm' aged 24years resident at Oba but native of Nachi Community in Udi LGA of Enugu State. Suspect allegedly shot a Keke rider on his forehead and snatched at gunpoint a tricycle from the rider.The victim was rushed to the hospital for medical attention and is responding to treatment.   On the 10/2/2021 at about 8:am, there was a report at B' division Awka that a Baboon at the Center for Psychic and Healing Administration, under the management of one Mrs Flora Ilonzo 'f' of Agu-Awka escaped from the cage and inflicted injury on one Chekwube Osita Dinma 'f' aged 13 years of same address on her legs. Scene was visited by the Area Commander Awka Metro ACP Yemi Ajayi and DPO B' Division Awka. The injured victim was taken to the hospital,treated and discharged while the monkey was returned to a more secue cage fo public safety. Consequently,the owner of the centre Mrs Ilonzo's statement has been taken under caution and she was granted bail on self recorgnition.
