Macron Welcomes King Charles, Queen Camilla To France
King Charles and Queen Camilla have attended a ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe as they begin a three-day state visit to France
The British monarch was welcomed by President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, and relit the flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
The King is to hold talks with Macron at the Élysée Palace, before a state dinner at the Palace of Versailles this evening
The trip was initially planned for March, but was postponed because of protests in France over pension reforms
Hugh Grant, Arsene Wenger and Didier Drogba will be among those to join the King and Queen at tonight's banquet
