AN INDIANA MAN WOKE UP TO FIND A MAN HIGH ON K2, NEXT TO HIM IN BED. (PHOTO)

An Indiana man woke up to find a man high on K2.... next to him in bed.

Police in Evansville, Indiana received an unusual call in the early morning hours of Sunday, (today) March 2nd. The caller informed dispatchers they had been the victim of a strange home invasion.

When police arrived at the home on the 100 block of South Green Road they found 49-year-old Jeremy Holtzclaw holding his K2 pipe, standing on the balcony.

As police spoke with the victim, the full story emerged.  The homeowner told police he had woken up in the early morning and discovered Holtzclaw lying in bed next to him.

The startled home owner screamed for Holtzclaw to get out of his room. At this point, Holtzclaw fell from the bed. The second resident of the home says that's when she saw Holtzclaw laying at the foot of the bed and dragged him from the room onto the balcony.

When police took Holtzclaw into custody he claimed he couldn't remember kicking in the door of the residence. He admitted to smoking K2 before the incident and told police he was just trying to get into his room. He went on to tell officers he had been suffering from anxiety and heart palpations and was trying to get someone to call 911.

Jeremy Holtzclaw was arrested and booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on charges of possession of paraphernalia, residential entry and public intoxication.
