 Western countries warn of atrocities, imminent RSF escalation in Sudan's al-Obeid Dozens of countries including Britain, France and Germany raised the alarm at the ‌U.N. Human Rights Council on Thursday that Sudan's paramilitary Rapid Support Forces could imminently escalate an assault on the central Sudanese city of al-Obeid, possibly resulting in large-scale atrocities. “We are deeply concerned at the risk of imminent escalation on the ground, leaving approximately 500,000 civilians at risk of falling victim to large-scale atrocities, including ​more than 100,000 internally displaced persons,” Tormod Endresen, the ambassador for Norway, told the council in Geneva. Norway shared a joint ​statement calling on the RSF to immediately cease its assault on al-Obeid. See You at the March - Sharon Osbourne Signals Support for Planned Rally


Sharon Osbourne has indicated that she will be part of an anti-immigration march being organised by commentator Tommy Robinson next month.


The television personality drew attention online after responding to a social media post promoting the May 16 “Unite The Kingdom” march. Under the post, Osbourne simply wrote: “See you at the march.”


The planned event is being billed as a follow-up to a similar demonstration held in September at Trafalgar Square, which reportedly drew more than 100,000 people.


In recent posts, Robinson has been actively rallying support for the march, urging followers to mark the date as the day “Britain rises and reunites.”


In one video shared earlier this week on the Gauci Reports account, he said the protest would be a response to migration, mass immigration and what he described as government oppression.


He also stated that he wanted to bring London to a standstill, adding that supporters had been silenced for years and would no longer remain quiet.


Following Osbourne’s response, the same account quickly acknowledged her message, replying directly and later sharing a fresh post confirming her apparent attendance.


The post read: “CONFIRMED: SHARON OSBOURNE. ‘See you at the march.’”


It went on to say that after years of watching Britain change, particularly in her hometown of Birmingham, she was now speaking up.


The last “Unite The Kingdom” march saw protesters gather near Waterloo Bridge before moving toward Whitehall.


A separate counter-protest organised by Stand Up To Racism also took place, drawing thousands of people to the opposite end of Whitehall.


Later in the day, tensions escalated as both groups came into close contact, with the situation later turning chaotic.


Police said multiple arrests were made and several officers sustained injuries during the clashes.


Osbourne has become more vocal about public and political issues in recent months.


Earlier this year, she was reportedly invited by the Conservatives to stand as a candidate in Birmingham’s local elections, specifically in the Sparkhill ward.
