 EFCC Arraigns Two Chinese,  Company for Alleged Illegal Mining in Ilorin The Ilorin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, April 22, 2024 arraigned two Chinese:  Duan Ya Hong and Xiao Yi alongside their company, Ebuy Concept Limited before Justice Evelyn Anyadike of the Federal High Court sitting in Ilorin over alleged illegal mining activities.   Specifically, the defendants were arraigned on one-count bordering on possession of solid minerals without licence and non-payment of royalties to the Federal Government as required by law. The charge reads: “That you, Ebuy Trading Worldwide Nig.LTD, Duan Ya Hong, Xiao Yi sometime in the Month of February 2024 at Banni, in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State, within the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court, without lawful authority, purchased minerals to wit; 30 tons of minerals conveyed in a Truck, with Registration Number JJJ 386 XT and thereby committed an offence,...

 EFCC Arrests Nine Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Port Harcourt   Operatives of the Port Harcourt Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested seven suspected internet fraudsters in Port Harcourt,  Rivers State. They were arrested following actionable  intelligence on their suspected involvement in internet-related offences.   Items recovered from them include different brands of mobile devices, laptops, two cars and several incriminating documents in their possession. They will soon be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.

A MAN WANTED FOR HOMICIDE ENDED HIS LIFE WHEN POLICE CHASE LEADS TO CRASH WITH 1-YEAR OLD SON IN HIS CAR. (PHOTO).

 A Washington man wanted for homicide ended his life when police chase leads to crash with 1-year-old son in his car. 40-year-old Elias Huizar led police on a high speed chase on April 23rd. Police had been searching for his vehicle in connection with a shooting in front of William Wiley Elementary School on April 22nd. It is believed the female victim who was shot at the elementary school, and subsequently died; was Huizar's ex-wife.  It was not long after this incident that Washington State Patrol issued an Amber Alert for 1-year-old Mason Santos.  On April  23rd Oregan State Patrol located Huizar's vehicle on I-5 near Eugene, Oregon and initiated a pursuit. Huizar ultimately crashed into a vehicle stopped on the interstate due to another accident. When officers entered Huizar's vehicle he was deceased from a self inflicted gunshot wound. In a miracle silver lining to an otherwise tragic story, little Mason was completely unharmed and is in protective custody....

11 SETS OF TWINS ARE GRADUATING FROM A PENNSYLVANIA HIGH SCHOOL. (PHOTO).

 11 sets of twins are graduating from a Pennsylvania High School!  Norwin High School is going to have many graduation attendees doing a double take at this year's graduation!  This small community school in Westmoreland County is excited about having 11 sets of twins graduate this year.  Principal Dr. Michael Choby says he has never experienced having so many twins graduate at the same time. However, he continued that he is also the father of twins and there might be something in the town's water.  Dr. Choby also stated that although they were twins they were all their own individuals with varying personalities.  Great job on graduating, all 22 of you. Good luck with your futures!

MISCHIEVOUS CAT WHO LIKES TO HIDE IN BOXES ACCIDENTALLY SHIPPED OVER 600 MILES WITH AN AMAZON RETURN. (PHOTO).

 Mischievous cat who likes to hide in boxes accidentally shipped over 600 miles with an Amazon return. Matt and Carrie Clark were upset when they couldn't find their cat. Galena (the kitty in question) seemingly disappeared sometime around April 10th. The couple spent hours looking for their cat knowing she enjoys hiding places.  Unfortunately all of the looking around their home did not reveal Galena's hiding place. The couple then shifted gears printing up and hanging tons of flyers as well as calling friends and family for help. Sadly still no traces of Galena were to be found. Carrie and Mark where understandably disheartened after days of searching for their beloved pet to no avail. Then the couple received a strange phone call from a veterinarian in California.  The vet contended they had a cat in their possession that's microchip showed it was 650 miles from home.  This is when Galena's story started to fall into place. MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEE HAD HER HEAD STOMPED BY A GROWN MAN. (PHOTOS).

 Florissant, Missouri teenage McDonald's employee has head stomped in by a grown man. The incident began on April 8th when the group that the assailant was with were being obnoxious while ordering food at the drive through. Because of their unruly behavior, staff informed the suspect, 25-year-old Johnny Ricks, that he would have to order his food inside of the restaurant.  At this point, Johnny Ricks became extremely aggressive and combative with staff. Once inside, he spit on employees and began destroying McDonald's property.  Staff members, including the 15-year-old victim Aryiah Lynch, attempted to escort the unruly patron from the establishment.  It was at this point that her harrowing ordeal was caught on video. In released footage you can see Johnny Ricks dragging the 15-year-old Lynch by her braids across the lot. He then struck her multiple times in the face before stomping her head into the pavement twice. The vicious attack left Lynch with a skull fracture...
