 Jennifer Hudson brings tears to Michelle and Barack Obama's eyes at center opening ceremony Jennifer Hudson moved Michelle and Barack Obama to tears with her powerful rendition of the National Anthem at the opening ceremony of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. The June 18 event, held in John Lewis Plaza, featured a star-studded lineup including Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Common, Christina Aguilera, Eddie Vedder, and U2’s Bono and The Edge.  Hudson, dressed in a flowing white suit, followed her anthem performance with Dream the Impossible Dream, captivating the Obamas, fellow former presidents, and thousands of attendees. Fans watching online praised Hudson’s voice, calling her performance “outstanding” and “perfect for big moments.” Aguilera followed with a dramatic set, while Vedder joined local youth musicians to debut an original song.  The invite-only celebration drew 3,000 guests, including Oprah Winfrey, Billie Jean King, George Lucas, Steven Spielbe...
