 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. BOMBER ARRESTED IN TODAY'S BOMBLAST IN KANO STATE.

                According to sources,there was a bomblast around 2pm that exploded inside the school of Hygiene BUK road,Kano state.The suspected bomber in connection with the explosion was arrested.The bomb blast killed eight people and 12 others injured.Mr Aderenle Shinaba,Kano state Commissioner of policesaid ''The suspect is in our custody,and the vehicle he used for the operation has also been towed to the police headquarters.We will get to know the motive behind the attack,and who sent him on this deadly errand''.The explosion happened right inside the school compound that is why we had to move in.I want to confirm to you that 20 people were moved to the hospital but eight were confirmed dead and 12 others injured''.
