 RCCG Begins Internal Probe into Sexual Misconduct Claims Against Former Teens President The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has opened an internal disciplinary process over allegations of sexual misconduct circulating on social media against its former National Teens President, Adefolarin Fowosere, popularly known as Pastor Ade Fire. The 22-year-old previously served as lead pastor of RCCG The Revival House, a congregation focused on teenagers and young adults, and was closely associated with the church’s teens ministry. The claims, which emerged on X and TikTok in recent days, accuse Fowosere of sexual misconduct, abuse of pastoral authority and exploitation involving multiple women. Several women have alleged that he used his position as a spiritual leader to engage in inappropriate relationships with young women under his leadership. Obi of Onitsha describes Labour Party Presidential flag bearer as Man of Destiny

The Obi of Onitsha and Chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council, Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe (Agbogidi), has described Mr. Peter Obi, former Governor of Anambra State and the Presidential Candidate for the Labour Party in the February 2023 Nigeria Presidential Election, as a man of destiny.


Igwe Achebe made this description in his remarks at the presentation of the book, ‘Peter Obi: Many Voices, One Perspective,’ in Awka.


The royal father noted that Mr. Obi's progress in all he did has shown that the hands of God Almighty are upon his life.


 On his part, Mr. Peter Obi Urged Nigerians to always do things the right way.


The lead Editor of the book, Prof. Chinyere Okunna explained that Obi may not be a saint but that he stands out with integrity, pointing out that Nigeria will be richly blessed if Mr. Obi becomes President of the country.


She said that whatever was realized would be channeled into the ongoing litigation at the Presidential Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja and expressed optimism that the truth will come out at the end.


In their separate reactions, the Traditional Ruler of Obosi, Igwe Chidubem Iweka, and the Traditional Ruler of Isiagu, Igwe Austin Nwankwo expressed satisfaction with the book, urging Nigerians to always do things the right way as well as emulate the authors of the book. 

 

The Traditional Ruler of Umuoba Anam, Igwe George Ekwealor, Igwe Christopher Okpala of Akaeze, Igwe Conel Onebunne of Akwaihedi, and Igwe Joseph Ajodo of Ukwalla were also present at the occasion.  (MOI)
