 RCCG Begins Internal Probe into Sexual Misconduct Claims Against Former Teens President The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has opened an internal disciplinary process over allegations of sexual misconduct circulating on social media against its former National Teens President, Adefolarin Fowosere, popularly known as Pastor Ade Fire. The 22-year-old previously served as lead pastor of RCCG The Revival House, a congregation focused on teenagers and young adults, and was closely associated with the church’s teens ministry. The claims, which emerged on X and TikTok in recent days, accuse Fowosere of sexual misconduct, abuse of pastoral authority and exploitation involving multiple women. Several women have alleged that he used his position as a spiritual leader to engage in inappropriate relationships with young women under his leadership. Anambra State Government Continues Raid On Illegal Revenue Collectors, Arrests Four Suspects


Four suspected illegal revenue collectors have been arrested by the Anambra state Government for diverting money and other levies belonging to the government.

The suspects were arrested during a revenue drive at Onitsha and environs led by the Executive Director, Operations, Anambra State Internal Revenue Service, AIRS, Dr Christian Madubuko. 

Illegal revenue collectors expose many to untold hardships, harassing and intimidating unsuspecting individuals while pocketing the monies without minding the government suspension of some revenue windows.

When interviewed, two of the arrested suspects, Messrs Onyedika Okolo and Ifeanyi Chilozie said they were collecting for one Mr Offia also known as Bush who they make returns to the tune of account 15,000 naira per day.

For Tochukwu Okeke, they pay to their leader but collect huge levies on their own without paying to government coffers.

Regretting the ugly trend, the AIRS Executive Director, Operations, Dr Madubuko said they are begining to sanitize the system as many have turned self appointed revenue agents thereby pocketing the state revenue. 

He said that they tightening all the loopholes in ensuring that the money goes direct to government coffers and promised to pushed any existing illegal revenue collection syndicate.

On her part, the Zonal Head, Anambra North Tax and Market, Tax Office Onitsha, Mrs Ngozi Okoye called on those sabotaging the system to stop as the present administration mean well for Ndi Anambra and is ready to project the state more in terms of development. 

Those arrested are cooling off at the security office as further investigations continue.
