 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  Nigerian Man Emmanuel Shebbs Celebrates Acquisition of Five different Degrees.


Abia born Emmanuel Shebbs has defended his Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy at the University of Calabar bringing it to a total of Five degrees to his name so far.


In a post on his Facebook page he said “Today, I said my last prayer in the classroom. I stepped into the period of my life which Late Dr Dave Ugwu referred to as ‘Academic Menopause’; I successfully defended my PhD (Doctor of Philosophy Degree) in Public Policy at the prestigious University of Calabar”


“For 13 years, I consistently maintained momentum towards the achievement of five academic honours, Two Bachelors Degrees in Political Science and 

Bachelor of Law LLB, Master Degree  in Public Administration  and

Masters Degree Public Policy

PhD Public Policy


“If God did it for me, He can do it for you” he said.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
