 Kaduna Targets ₦120bn IGR In 2026 — KADIRS Chairman   Kaduna State has set an Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) target of ₦120 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) expected to play a central role in achieving the target. The Executive Chairman of KADIRS, Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, disclosed this during the Service’s Annual Performance Review, Work Plan, and Strategic Retreat.  He explained that although the state government approved ₦74 billion as KADIRS’ official revenue target, the Service raised its internal benchmark to ₦80.09 billion to motivate staff to exceed expectations. He further stated that the proposed 2026 budget by the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission stands at ₦117.28 billion, with KADIRS expected to generate ₦74.28 billion, while Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) are projected to generate ₦43.24 billion.  Court sets May 29 for trial of Miyetti Allah leader


The trial of Bello Bodejo, the detained leader of Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, has been scheduled for May 29 by Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja.


This decision follows the dismissal of Bodejo’s bail application.


During the last court session, the trial was set for ruling and commencement, but Bodejo’s absence impeded progress.


After fixing the trial date, Bodejo’s counsel, Ahmed Raji, affirmed his client’s readiness for trial, expressing satisfaction with the court’s directive for an expedited process. He indicated no intention to appeal the bail ruling at this time.


Bodejo, arrested by the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) for allegedly establishing an ethnic militia group, Kungiya Zaman Lafiya, faces charges under the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022.


His arraignment in March stemmed from accusations filed by the office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF).


Despite denying all charges, Bodejo’s plea for bail on grounds of ill health and fundamental rights was rejected by Justice Ekwo prior to the trial date announcement.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
