 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. LASG ANNOUNCES NIGHT TRAFFIC DIVERSION FOR INSTALLATION OF TRUCK BARRIER. (PHOTO). #PRESS RELEASE.

 The Lagos State Government has announced a night traffic diversion for the installation of a truck barrier at Ojuelegba Flyover Bridge by Fire Station, between 10.00 pm on Saturday, 5th October and 5.00 am on Sunday, 6th October, 2024. 


Consequently, Motorists are advised to use the diversion route below during the night time installation of the barriers;


Motorists from Eko Bridge, Costain and Iponri inbound Ojuelegba are advised to use the Service Lane from National Stadium gate to link Barracks to access their desired destinations.


The Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi implored Motorists to be patient as the brief closure of the bridge is planned for night time as part of traffic management strategy to avert further accidents and loss of lives.
