No good deed goes unpunished.  A Florida sea tow captain saved a man from a burning ship only to be shoved overboard and have his boat stolen. This shocking incident occurred near Marco Island on March 6th. On that date, a call went out regarding a burning boat. The captain of a sea tow boat heard the distress call and rushed to provide aid. He was able to quickly locate the burning boat and  discovered 40-year-old, Ryan Deiter, and his dog onboard the burning ship. Wasting no time, the captain of the sea tow boat was able to maneuver alongside the distressed boat and begin efforts to extricate Deiter and his dog from the doomed vessel.  Eventually, the sea tow captain was able to pull both Deiter and his dog onboard the tow boat. However, once Deiter was pulled to safety, he repaid a stranger's kindness with treachery.  Deiter shoved the captain from his own boat and fled the scene in the stolen boat, leaving the man who had just risked his own vessel and life...

Trump renews claim that Harris paid for endorsements, calls for former VP to be ‘prosecuted’

President Trump on Saturday repeated his accusations that former Vice President Kamala Harris paid celebrities to endorse her during the 2024 presidential election. He claimed Harris and the celebrities involved should face prosecution for allegedly breaking the law.

Trump alleged that Harris paid Beyoncé $11 million, Oprah Winfrey $3 million, and Al Sharpton $600,000 for endorsements. In a Truth Social post, he wrote, “You are not allowed to pay for an endorsement. It is totally illegal to do so. Kamala and all of those that received endorsement money, broke the law. They should all be prosecuted!”

The former vice president’s campaign has denied these claims. Oprah Winfrey previously stated she was not paid for her appearance alongside Harris at a campaign event, noting that production fees were covered but not paid directly to her. Additionally, Federal Elections Commission records show the Harris campaign reimbursed Beyoncé’s production company $165,000, an amount consistent with event production costs rather than endorsement payments.
