TikTok star Peller acquires N350m mansion in Lagos

Popular TikTok sensation, Peller, has acquired a multi-million-naira mansion valued at N350 million in Lagos.

The 20-year-old content creator revealed the development during a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede, disclosing that the luxury property is located on Chevron Drive in Lekki.

Sharing the news on his Instagram page, Peller wrote: “Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala.”

The TikTok star disclosed that he intends to officially move into the sprawling residence in October 2025. He expressed deep appreciation to God and his fan base for their unwavering support throughout his journey.

Clarifying how the mansion was financed, Peller explained that his earnings from TikTok were not solely responsible for the purchase. According to him, he also receives substantial financial backing from influential people who prefer to remain anonymous.

“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October. People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he said during the live session.

Peller, who has grown into one of Nigeria’s most prominent digital creators, described the mansion as a dream come true and promised to share more details once he officially settles into his new home.

Nigerian TikToker, Peller, is back in the news, this time not for his wild stunts but for announcing that he has finally secured a place of his own.

“First key to my own kingdom Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala ,” he posted excitedly on his socials on Tuesday.

The celebratory post comes barely days after Peller sparked outrage with a staged kidnap hoax on TikTok Live, which had police and fans questioning his sanity and sense of responsibility.

While some fans congratulated him on his latest milestone, others were quick to remind him of his recent “antics,” warning that peace of mind cannot come with controversy always trailing behind.

For now, the skitmaker seems more interested in settling into his new “kingdom” than explaining the hoax that nearly backfired on him.
