Lagos police launch investigation as jeweller  accuses its officers of harassment The Lagos State Police Command said it has commenced an investigation into a viral video of a jeweller accusing some policemen in the Festac area of the state of harassing him.  The command disclosed this in an X post on Saturday. The video, which circulated on X on Saturday morning, shows the businessman engaged in a struggle with some policemen. Later in the video, the businessman could be seen with a bloody face after allegedly sustaining a cut beside his right eye during the struggle with the police officers,  The jeweller later explained that the policemen from the Festac Division had stopped him for a routine search. 3 ITALIAN NUNS,FOUND DEAD IN BURUNDI.

                According to father Mario Pulicini,he is responsible for the parish in northern suburb of Burunbura,named two of the nuns as Lucia Pulici,who was 75 and due to celebrate her birthday today monday and Olga Raschietti ,82.He said they were found dead in their dormitory yesterday sunday.The third nun,79 year old Bernadetta Boggian,was also found dead early monday morning.The killings appeared to happen at two separate times.''It is very difficult to know the reason behind the killing,but nothing can justify it''.The Catholic diocese in Parma,Italy said on its website that the dead of Pulici and Raschietti,appeared to have been ''The tragic out come of an armed robbery by a mentally unbalanced person''.Those two nuns had served in Burundi for seven years after working several years in the east of another central African state,the Democratic Republic of Congo''.
