 South Africa says US misrepresented its policies after visa curbs South Africa's foreign ministry said on Wednesday that it ‌had noted with concern U.S. visa restrictions on some people from South Africa announced by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio a day earlier. The foreign ministry added in a statement that ⁠the U.S. announcement aligned with "the mischaracterisation of South Africa's domestic policies by fringe groups". "We maintain that challenges in our bilateral relations with the USA can only be resolved by constructive engagement through state actors on both sides of the diplomatic channel not unilateral acts," the statement said, Reuters reported. Trump has repeatedly criticized ‌South ⁠Africa since the start of his second term for what he falsely claims is the racial persecution of its white minority, citing affirmative action laws aimed at ⁠addressing the inequality that has persisted since apartheid. 3 ITALIAN NUNS,FOUND DEAD IN BURUNDI.

                According to father Mario Pulicini,he is responsible for the parish in northern suburb of Burunbura,named two of the nuns as Lucia Pulici,who was 75 and due to celebrate her birthday today monday and Olga Raschietti ,82.He said they were found dead in their dormitory yesterday sunday.The third nun,79 year old Bernadetta Boggian,was also found dead early monday morning.The killings appeared to happen at two separate times.''It is very difficult to know the reason behind the killing,but nothing can justify it''.The Catholic diocese in Parma,Italy said on its website that the dead of Pulici and Raschietti,appeared to have been ''The tragic out come of an armed robbery by a mentally unbalanced person''.Those two nuns had served in Burundi for seven years after working several years in the east of another central African state,the Democratic Republic of Congo''.
