 A Tennessee family, and an entire community, has been left stunned and grieving after a pack of dogs took the life of a man out for a jog. When 43-year-old Marko Bursey arrived in Henning, Tennessee, to visit his parents, he had no idea that he would never be returning back to his home in Nashville. Marko could have never imagined the terrible fate that awaited him, lurking in the woods, near an abandoned school.  However, Marko's horrific death has had an indelible effect on not just his loved ones but an entire community as they search for answers on how this tragedy unfolded. BRITISH FINANCE MINISTER,ANNOUNCED THAT BRITAIN IS TO FREEZE WELFARE PAYMENT FOR 2 YEARS.

            According to the British Finance Minister George Osborne announced today the policy at his Conservative party's annual conference,that there would be no increase in state benefits for two years to save 3.0 Billion pounds.He said it was not fair that benefits have been rising more than earnings.''Working age benefits will have to be frozen for two years.This is the choice that Britain needs to take to protect our economic stability and to secure a better future.Disability and pension benefits are excluded from the charge''.The Finance Minister also have plans to cut a pension inheritance tax in a move expected to benefit the families of hundreds of thousands of people to the tune of 150 Million ponds a year.British Prime Minister David Cameron said yesterday sunday that ''It is not acceptable fr young people under the age of 21 to go straight from school on to benefits and into a home paid for through housing benefit''.One more picture below.
