  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. POLICE ARREST TWO ARMED ROBBERS
ON APONGBON BRIDGE


Recover motorcycle, laptop, other items

Officers of jora Badia Division of the Lagos State Police

Command, have arrested one Mustapha Mohammed 'm
aged 37 and Abdullahi Buba m aged 20 while escaping
with their loot after robbing some Lagosians.

The suspects were arrested at about 0215hrs on
Thursday, June 2, 2022 following credible information
received by the police about an ongoing robbery on

Apongbon Bridge Ebute-Ero. A third suspect, bearing arms

shot his way into escaping.

motorcycle, 1 new LG plasma T, 66 various items
ordered online from Jumia, 1 HP Laptop, 1 bag of

Honeywell flour and 1 iron cutter.

The suspects, who confessed to have robbed at the samee
spot several times, are currently assisting the police in an

ongoing investigation to arrest other fleeing membersof

the gang. Suspects will be arraigned in court at the

conclusionot investigations.

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun
Alabi, fdc, once again assures Lagosians that the

command WOuld continue to do everything operationally
possible to ensure that crime and criminality has no place

in Lagos State.
