 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo. The engagement with the State Government focused on strengthening institutional collaboration in support of ongoing policing reforms anchored on professionalism, accountability, and intelligence-led operations.  The Inspector-General of Police reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to building a modern, service-driven institution that prioritizes public trust and operational efficiency. KDSG Security Update: Wednesday 15th March 2023: 

Deputy Governor leads KDSG delegation to Zangon Kataf LGA, comdemns renewed killings.

The Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe has led Kaduna State Government’s delegation to Zangon Kataf Local Government, following attacks which led to the loss of several lives, and injury to many others. 

The Deputy Governor conveyed the condolences of the Kaduna State Government and condemned the killings in strong terms when she arrived the palace of the Agwatyp, HRH Dominic Gambo Yahaya. 

She further stated that the Kaduna State Government had since last week been working with the military and other security agencies on the unfortunate situation. The Deputy Governor directed the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) to carry out an immediate assessment and provide assistance to the affected citizens. 

In his response, HRH Dominic Gambo Yayaha thanked the Deputy Governor and the Government of Kaduna State for the visit. He expressed sadness over the violent attacks which he described as shocking, coming after a period of relative peace amidst many spirited efforts by well-meaning individuals to promote peaceful coexistence among all people living in the Chiefdom.

The Administrator, Kafanchan Municipal Authority, Mrs Pheobe Sukai Yayi and the Chairman of Zangon Kataf Local Government, Mr. Francis Sani  were in attendance.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
