 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. POLICE ARREST 20-YEAR-OLD NOTORIOUS TRAFFIC ROBBER

- Recover Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

Officers of Ijora-Badia Division of the Lagos State Police Command on Monday, March 13, 2023 arrested one Damilare Akinwunmi 'm' aged 20, a member of a gang notorious for dispossessing motorists

of their belongings around Pallet area of Ijora-Badia, Lagos. 


Luck ran out on the suspect when his victim, whom he had just dispossessed of a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, quickly reported the incident at the nearest police station - Ijora Badia. Swiftly, detectives from the division


 traced the suspect to his hideout in Monkey Village where he was arrested and the phone recovered. 


Damilare, who confessed to having robbed at the same spot several times, is currently assisting the police in an ongoing investigation towards arresting other members of the gang.

Suspect(s) will be arraigned at the conclusion of investigations.


The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Idowu Owohunwa, has assured residents of Lagos State that efforts are being redoubled towards eradicating all forms of criminality in the state.
