  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. GOV SANWO-OLU AT 10TH YEAR REMEMBRANCE FIDAU OF LATE ALHAJA ABIBATU MOGAJI AT DE BLUE ROOF, LTV, IKEJA, ON THURSDAY, 15TH JUNE 2023

 
Today at the 10th year remembrance Fidau prayer organized in memory of business magnate and H.E President Bola Tinubu's mother, Alhaja Abibatu Ashabi Mogaji, I urged everyone to emulate the good virtues she espoused and also be agents of change in their immediate communities.

Late Alhaja Mogaji was a woman of tremendous grace, and resilience, a staunch advocate for the welfare and development of the grassroots, and a trailblazer for breaking barriers for women to take up leadership roles in the business circle. 

Joined by dignitaries, market leaders, and clerics, we paid tribute to a remarkable woman. We offered prayers for her soul and celebrated her immense contributions.

I am grateful to all attendees for honouring her legacy.
