 Nigerian Pilots and Crew Released in Burkina Faso, Head to Portugal Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, has announced the release and departure of the pilots and crew of the Nigerian Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft (NAF 913) that had been detained in Burkina Faso. In a statement issued on Thursday, Ambassador Tuggar confirmed that  following  engagement in Burkina Faso, the pilots and crew of NAF C-130 (913) have been formally cleared to depart and are currently en route to Portugal via Accra. The minister highlighted Nigeria’s commitment to dialogue and regional cooperation, stating that these efforts continue to yield positive outcomes. Ambassador Tuggar paid glowing tribute to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his visionary leadership and steady guidance which he said proved decisive in resolving the matter through constructive diplomacy and peaceful engagement.

Domestic A_buse: Woman Who Be_at Her 75 Year Old Mother Apologizes To The Public, Seeks For Pardon

Ukamaka Udugbo from Abagana, Njikoka Local Government Area of the state who was committed to prison custody Onitsha for allegedly beating her 75-year-old mother under her care has apologized to the public and is seeking for pardon. 


The apology took place at the office of the Honorable Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare Anambra. 


Mrs Udugbo, who was granted bail by the court, after meeting up with her bail conditions, has apologized to the public for abusing her aged mother, who is now in the care of her brother. 


While in tears at the office of the women Affairs Commissioner, she pleaded with everyone to forgive her, promising to be of good behavior going forward. 


Responding, Hon Ify Obinabo adviced her to stay away from anything that will cause her further damage even as she urged the children to properly look after her and not to pay her back in the same measure. 


Mrs Udugbo was asked to return back to the court and fulfill all that is required of her.


Recall that Ukamaka Udugbo video went viral after she was seen be=ating her aged mother, Theresa Nwaokaka of Obe-Orofia, while bathing her outside her house in Obeagu Umudun in Abagana.
